These terms govern your use of HelloCarol ("Carol"), an AI executive assistant provided by Purple Circle that you reach over SMS and WhatsApp. By signing up and messaging Carol, you agree to these terms.
Carol is a read-only assistant. With your explicit consent she reads your Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and (optionally) your GoHighLevel CRM to answer questions, prepare briefings, and research meetings. She never sends, drafts, deletes, books, or modifies anything in your accounts.
When you provide your mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Carol — service notifications, daily briefings, and meeting prep.
Use Carol only for your own lawful business purposes and only with accounts you are authorized to connect. Do not attempt to make Carol act outside her read-only limits.
Carol's output is informational and may contain errors; it is not legal, financial, or other professional advice. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You may stop using Carol at any time (reply STOP, or contact us to delete your account). We may suspend or end the service, or any account, at our discretion.
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
